Hello to all! Our group's focus will introduce interested group members to actual live demonstration and instruction in how to prepare a number of Japanese dishes, some of which being very popular in Japan but difficult to find on Houston menus. We can also hold small “chef’s table” gatherings, for a fee, for those interested in a more personal dining experience. This will be a separate activity from our regular activities.
